Our valet service includes:

• Postage to and from our Melbourne HQ
• Professional cleaning and re-polishing of your ring
• Rebuffing to remove any unwanted shallow scratches
• Checking stone settings

The turnaround time for this service is 14 business days upon receipt of the item at our Melbourne HQ.


Note: Re-polishing will not remove deep dents; however, we will restore the piece as close to its original condition as possible.
