AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic Australian orders. 
Domestic Australian orders are sent securely via Australia Post express service. All orders include tracking information and require a signature upon delivery.
Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days from dispatch.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
A flat fee of $50 AUD applies to all international orders. 
International orders are sent securely via DHL. All orders include tracking information and require a signature upon delivery.
Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days from dispatch.

 

DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may incur duties and taxes upon arrival. These costs, set by your local customs authorities, vary by location and item value. Payment of these charges is required to release your order from customs. For more information, contact your local customs office.

 

GIFT WRAPPING
Every Hamish Munro piece comes in a signature gift box and is packed carefully for secure transit by our team. Please speak with OUR TEAM if you would like to include a hand written note. 

 

RETURNS 
Hamish Munro offers an exchange within 14 days of purchase on all pieces from the Permanent Collection that are AVAILABLE NOW (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons). 
Made-to-order pieces from the Atelier & Permanent Collection are not able to be returned.
 
For pieces eligible for return, the item for exchange must be in its original, unused condition and returned in its original packaging and with proof of purchase. Please note that the sender is responsible for ensuring the secure shipment and covering the cost of sending authorised returns back to Hamish Munro Studio.

For international returns, all relevant taxes and duties will be refunded. However, please note that any local customs fees are non-refundable.

While every effort is made to facilitate valid return requests, Hamish Munro reserves the right to decline return requests if any of the above criteria are not met.
