All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival.

Unfortunately, we are not able to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these are directly imposed by your local customs authority. Payment of these taxes and duties is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products or materials and it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside Australia.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international returns.

All orders receive full tracking information, communicated via email at the time dispatch. For tracking enquiries, please contact DHL.

We really hope that your are happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are dissatisfied you may exchange it within 14 days of purchase receipt. The item must be returned in the original condition as received, in its original packaging, unused and with proof of purchase.

To complete your return it must be approved first before exchange is issued. So we can properly track all parcels please do not return any good until it has been approved, a return slip will be provided with all shipments.

Before shipping your items back please email hello@hamishmunro.com.au. A reason for returning the item in writing and proof of purchase is needed to complete your return. Please note all shipping and handling charges are at the customers cost.

We recommend you keep track of your parcel in case it fails to reach us. We do not take responsibility for the damage or loss of items being returned.

Either a credit note or refund will be granted once the product has been returned and reviewed.

If unfortunately you receive any goods that are damaged or faulty upon delivery please contact us immediately. Any damaged items will need to be returned in its original packaging within 10 days of receiving the order and with proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.
